While not an official diet, the Biggly Diet and Exercise software helps dieters track their progress and stay motivated to lose weight, since many dieters give up if they don't notice results right away.

Marketed towards bodybuilders, the Biggly software tracks the user's diet, monitors calorie intake and analyzes physical measurements to not only aid in weight loss but also determine the user's sex appeal.

Biggly Diet and Exercise features a food database of more than 8,000 items, with an option to add any unlisted foods. Once the user loads in his customary diet, the Biggly software calculates the calories, food group ratios, vitamins and minerals consumed. The software then presents the findings in a graph format for easy reference, tracking progress and making suggestions on how to lose or gain weight. The software also tracks exercise routines to ensure the user burns enough calories to achieve optimal health.

To begin, Biggly software users eat their normal diets for one week, entering the foods they consume into the computer program. This establishes the baseline to determine how much the user needs to eat to maintain her current weight. Then the user adjusts the caloric intake by 15 percent to create an eating plan. The user also inserts specific body measurements into the program to monitor any changes in physical appearance. As the weeks progress, any changes immediately show up on the user's graphs, providing proof of her results.

Unlike other diet software programs, Biggly takes a scientific approach to not only losing weight but also determining sexiness. Biggly utilizes the data from 12 various studies to compare the user's age, sex and measurements to the physique proven to be the most sexually appealing to the opposite sex.

Biggly will track one's diet and provide motivation, Biggly software only works if the user commits to its use and inserts all the necessary data in an accurate, timely fashion. This may prove too time-consuming and problematic for some dieters, especially those unfamiliar with computers.
