OnePriceTaxes has truly aimed their software at being the easiest to use. It has the key features that are necessary to file your taxes quickly and efficiently. You will find that the month of April will be gone with the wind with this simplistic software. Whether you are a beginner or experienced, you will feel that this product has been custom fit to you.
Because of its basic interface, you will be impressed with how easy it is to move through the pages at your leisure. We would have liked a back button to use as we went through the steps, but you can click on each individual step at your disposal if necessary. We also advise saving your work before you move to different pages, if you advance in the steps then it saves automatically, but if you refer to previous steps, the unsaved materials may disappear.
It is unlikely that you will encounter any problems or glitches with OnePriceTaxes because it is one of the simplest software that we reviewed. There is no help or search option through the software; you will need internet access in order to email technical support or access the FAQs page. One thing that we did notice is that the downloadable software and the online program are very similar. The difference is that with the download on your computer or laptop, you can travel around and do your taxes, but you will not be able to file your taxes until you have internet access.
We found OnePriceTaxes to be one of the most novice-friendly software because of its simple interface and quick navigation. Beginners won't feel like beginners when they use this software.
If you don’t expect your taxes to be too complicated and you just want to get them done, OnePriceTaxes is for you. It does not have all the fancy features that TurboTax and the other top-rated products provide, but it will help you get the job done.
